"My goodness what a difference a good clean makes to this 3 and 2 seater, received yes 2nd hand, and needed a good deep clean and Prestige Refresh did not disappoint, their agent (Mo) arrived on time (9:01am) kept us updated on his travel status, via text / WhatsApp which was informative. Mo really nice guy, polite, professional, and good manners, he even removed his sliders, then set up all his equipment, greeted and tormented by our dog, he was great with her, once he started, kept her out the way in the bedroom, until he finished just after 11:10am, cleaned up after himself, packed up his equipment and on to the next job, he was most respected of our home, politely asked to use water, and when connecting to our electrical supply, he did a brilliant job and the sofa looks as good as new, oh he fussed over our dog Ruby upon leaving. To sum up our experience with this company, well I would fully recommend no question, most polite and professional, upon getting our quote to Mo leaving. Finally see before and after photos."
