"*Updated review* I am reposting a review after previously deleting my last one at the company request with the promise they'd fix the issues. We thought we had solved all the issues after having an engineer out 3 times to fix problems with our bifold door. The quality of this door is absolutely shambolic. We had to send it back after it didn't open the correct way (this wasn't the company fault). However, we were told it'd be a week turn around to correct it, we had the door back within 1 day, and perhaps rushing it is what has caused the issues. We had seals replaced after the door was leaking twice. Still gaps in the seals on both sides of the door. Unfortunately, when the engineer came, i wasn't here to make sure it was done correctly. He informed my parents he had fixed all the issues. I have had enough of dealing with this company and the same 'engineer' who has repeatedly failed to fix issues. There are loose seals, seals that are hanging off in several places. See pictures. All these problems still persisting after 3 engineer visits. Just looked at a review someone else has left, the door is pretty much identical to ours with very similar issues. Seems quality control is lacking. *UPDATE* Door is getting worse seals are literally hanging off the door and won't slot back into the grooves. There is a draught as the door doesnt sit perfectly flush. The handle that is used to lock the door seems to be getting looser and I get the feeling it could fall off at any point and we won't be able to lock the door. Bugs can literally go through the gaps in the seals to get inside, even when the door is shut. Last time I spoke to the company they pointed the finger at the fitters, even when an engineer had been out 3 times and not fixed the issues that i pointed out."

I ordered 2 and then another 3 because they are just so useful! These have been great for having the windows open, getting fresh air circulating around the house without letting all the bugs, flies and wasps invade! "My doors are less than 5 months old external seals have shrunk and are now letting in water. Tried to claim under the rubber warranty.. They did send me a set of seals and advised me to fit them myself!! Was also told that if I had a washing machine under warranty, with a split pipe the washing machine company would send me the pipe to fix myself. There word's not mine! One of the door sets has the lock striker plate in the wrong position so unable to lock the door, Doesn't say much for the factory quality control I intend on following the consumer act 2015 process.. Not suitable for DIY very little advice given at the point of sale. There are many other companies to choose from so I would recommend avoiding this one ."
