Prime Patios & Landscapes

"Right from the initial enquiry to completion of the project the service from Prime Patios has been excellent. We had an old decking and shingle area cleared and a larger solid patio area installed. We had an outline design in mind and found Nathan very willing to share his landscaping experience with occasional suggestions on alternatives for us to consider, something we found very useful and never felt there was any pressure to make a change if we decided not to. A key for us through the project was the excellent communication at all times, whether it be Carlene looking after the 'admin' timescales or Nathan each day on site when he explained clearly what would be happening with the build. At the end of each day any equipment remaining on site was always left tidy and not causing any obstruction. At the end of the project our garden and driveway were fully tidied and cleaned down. Based on the end result, and the patio we have now we would be happy to recommend Nathan, Carlene and the Prime Patios team."

"Prime Patios removed and disposed of our old patio, levelled and laid hardcore the supplied laid new sandstone patio. We were kept up to date throughout the project of timings and planned progress and the workmanship was high quality with minimum of disruption. All waste and new materials were brought to/from our property on daily basis which allowed us to use our drive and everything kept clean and tidy. All members of Prime Patios have been polite and courteous and a please to work with."

"Nathan and his dad did an excellent job lifting an old patio, levelling and extending the base, adding a timber surround and re paving the new area. They then constructed three sets of garden steps with paved tops. The quality of the build is excellent and we are very happy with the result. Nathan kept us informed of what he was doing and why, answered questions honestly and was a pleasure to deal with. Appalling weather meant the build overran with Nathan starting and then having to stop and restart from scratch the three lots of steps. Carlene was excellent with admin and advice on finishes."

"We have recently had two projects completed by Nathan. We have had a slope built from our back door and low fencing added to separate our patio and garden. The work is to a very high stranded and we are so pleased with both. Nathan worked non stop and left the area clean and tidy once complete. I would highly recommend. We hope to have Nathan back next year to do our grass area. Carlene was always helpful and friendly when we contacted the office and answered any questions quickly that we had."

"No bling or banter. Nathan is a down to earth tradesman. He is diligent and caring and takes an extreme pride in what he does for a living. rest assured that if hiring Nathan, you are getting someone who wants the same as you if not better. The slightest imperfection would bother him more than you. He has a fantastic team of workers and his wife Carlene runs the office side of things in the exact same manner, and is a pleasure to deal with. I had several quotes for this job, most showed up in brand new expensive liveried vehicles. Flashy suits or uniformed. Electronic gadgets to do all the measuring and calculations and then a hefty estimate to follow. Do yourself a favour and go straight to Nathan!"
