Prokil Exeter

"I contacted Prokil to help me replace the cracked floorboards and to treat mould in my bathroom after there was an escape of water. Alan was very helpful on the phone and booked me in for a survey. Once the survey was completed Peter and his team were prompt in booking me in for the repair. The job then only took 3 days, which meant I could be back home for Christmas after staying in temporary accommodation. Thank you very much for the professionalism and good communication."

"Fantastic! Needed urgent work done on roof timbers and they went out of there way to ensure they completed the job in time. Workmen where respectful and communication and paperwork and guarantee received in a timely fashion. Cost and guarantee good value Highly recommend this company."

"We have worked with Alan and Prokil a couple of times now, doing damp and mould surveys for the properties that we manage. Communication is always very smooth, they will coordinate with the tenant and get the survey done. The reports are also very detailed and also honest. Often times, there are only suggestions on how to improve and at times there are also recommendations for repairs with a proper quote on what needs doing, which is very helpful. We will be working much more often in the future!"

"Highly recommend Prokil! Peter conducted a survey and issued a report prior to the being done. When the work was carried out it was done efficiently and to a high standard. The onsite team were very respectful to our house, kept to the stated time scales and laid down dust sheets to protect our floors. Effective team! Thanks Prokil!"

"Josef & Peter from Prokil Exeter came to sort out a few damp issues that we have been having issues with for years. They were extremely professional and have done a great job. They also provide a warranty for their work which is so reassuring."
