"Jeremy came round to look at my wall in my sitting room that had a staggered crack that had got progressively worse. He identified the issue and then provided me with information explaining what may have happened and what needed to be done to rectify the situation. Jeremy from ProTen came to survey the property, he completed a thorough inspection of the property and produced an in-depth report. His findings highlighted the problem was in fact condensation causing the mould and that insulating the property would not be at all helpful. "I have used a few local damp specialists and the report that Jeremy from ProTen Services provided was the most comprehensive by far. He didn't try to sell us some of the more expensive solutions like the other 2 companies, instead recommended some remedial work first to see if that sorted the dampness upstairs and installed an extractor in the kitchen, to drop the humidity. Once the roof is done we will get Jeremy back to see if any further work is needed, I would recommend these guys."
