"The gym is good but cleanliness is an issue. The paper towels and spray are CONSTANTLY running out and not refilled. Not being able to clean down a machine before and after using is revolting - I don't understand why there aren't refill stations or more wall units with extra paper towels and spray? I do like this gym but this is a daily issue for me. There should also be more posters encouraging wiping down machines after use and resetting as gym etiquette can be really missed. I find that PTs don't encourage this with their clients either which should be addtessed."

"The gym had a good selection of equipment but I always found it very busy. The equipment for weightlifting and machines were always taken even during PT sessions I was unable to use machines so the schedule had to change. I was not keen on the layout being fully open plan, waterfront before it closed was my local PureGym and I loved how they had separate rooms for separate workouts etc It’s a good gym overall but not for me"

"I really like this gym. There’s plenty of free parking, and it’s very convenient being close to several shops where I can pick up groceries after my workout. The classes are great, and Coach Grant is especially excellent — very motivating and supportive. Overall, a really good gym with a friendly atmosphere."

"1. Complaint emails are never answered. 2. Air conditioning is never working. 3. Flavoured water machine has been broken and remains unfixed for over a month. People pay premiums to use this machine and can't benefit from it. 4. Machines are not maintained. For weeks now the machines upstairs have been creaking and squeaking. 5. People abuse the equipment during unsupervised hours. They put free weights into the cable machines and there's no point emailing to report it because no one responds to emails. 6. Half the time there is no paper to spray and wipe down machines. Prices go up every year but the gym just gets worse. I hate to write a review but as mentioned, no one replies to emails!"
