"Pros: Clean & safe carpark Cons: Used Justpark to book but unfortunately problems when exiting as the barrier wouldn't go up automatically without having to call the attendant (responded quickly though). Not ideal. Would be nice if there was an access code to use to scan on the way out for just these situations."

"Perfect location for the theatre district, pricing excellent for the location, very secure, the smart app is very easy and works well. However, there was a very distinct smell and a large wet area in the disabled parking bay on level 4 that reminded me of a public convenience, perhaps the aircon filters need cleaning? We would use this and other Q-Park at the drop of a hat again, especially when visiting the theatres."

"Q-Park Chinatown is a really convenient option for parking in central London. The underground car park is large, well lit and felt secure during our visit, with gated access and a QR code system for pedestrian re-entry. The parking spaces are noticeably larger than many city centre car parks, which made parking much less stressful. There are also EV charging facilities available, although we did not need to use them on this occasion. We booked through JustPark, which made the whole process straightforward and hassle-free. One small thing worth mentioning is that the final approach involves driving through a short pedestrianised section. This is clearly marked with bollards showing the route to the car park, and pedestrians seemed well aware that vehicles need access. As long as you drive slowly and carefully, it is not an issue. The lifts can be a little confusing at first as the button numbering does not seem to align particularly intuitively with the parking levels. However, there are very clear signs next to the lifts showing exactly which button corresponds to each parking floor, so once you notice the signage it is straightforward enough. Overall, a very convenient, secure and well-maintained car park. Given the location right next to Chinatown and the West End, I thought the price was fair for both the location and length of stay."

"Very clean and obviously very convenient! However the security here is very very questionable. Cars seem to get broken into a lot and the parking prices are ridiculous expensive. However, this is the only sensible car park space in the area that is covered."

"Parked at Q-Park Chinatown during an expedition into London’s mysterious noodle district. The parking itself was surprisingly advanced. I downloaded the app, registered my vehicle, prepared for an intense button-pressing operation, and then discovered I didn’t actually need to do anything. The barrier simply recognised my number plate like an old friend and opened automatically on arrival and departure. Very futuristic. I suspect witchcraft may be involved. The car park itself was clean, secure and easy to use, although the price appeared to have been calculated using a scientific formula based on the value of gold. A word of warning to fellow travellers: do not leave valuables on display. Whilst most people are honest citizens, there may be the occasional Crafty Hubert wandering the area looking for an unexpected career opportunity. Also, when leaving the car park, TURN LEFT onto Shaftesbury Avenue. Ignore this advice at your financial peril, as an incorrect turn may result in a fine arriving through your letterbox several days later with all the enthusiasm of an unwanted Christmas card. Overall, expensive but efficient. My vehicle remained where I left it, the barriers behaved impeccably, and I escaped Chinatown without incident. Bwaaaah."
