"Richard was quick to respond to initial enquiry and provided an immediate quote (which didn’t change). He was punctual and professional and did a superb job on our windows, facias and guttering in the blistering heat and insisted we check we were happy prior to paying even though we weren’t home until hours later being in work…(we were - he’s done a wonderful job).
