"Our oven was in a terrible state. No, I mean truly, truly terrible state. I’ve tried cleaning it myself many times but the drips and splatters were completely carbonised into the oven walls and racks, coating it all in this brown and black layer. It was impossible for myself to tackle and so I dropped a message to Reboot to ask for a clean. Alex picked my message up immediately and was super efficient in arranging a date that suited their schedule as well as mine. Customer service was seamless, which I appreciate. When Jack turned up to do the clean, even admitted that I gave him a challenge with the state of the oven but my gosh, did he smash it out of the water with the amazing job that he has done. In no time he has taken the oven apart and got stuck in. Within an hour he presented me with a gleaming, spotlessly clean oven. He even popped a bulb in it - I didn’t even know there was a light in there 😅 It feels like I have a new appliance. Without a question the best money I’ve spent in yonks and considering how quick and efficient the whole process is, I think the company offers a great value. My biggest regret in this whole process is that I didn’t take before photos to compare with the snaps I’ve taken after.
