"​This company managed the Warmer Homes grant project for my home. They fitted my solar panels, and insulated my loft and put extractor fans in my kitchen and bathroom. My experience with them while they worked on this project has been great. The main person I have to praise is Xeni, he was my go-to throughout the whole project. He was so understanding and on the ball with everything I was unhappy about and sorted those issues out as they came up. He was always calm, respectful, and polite, and kept up with his promises and correspondence. The work was carried out to a good standard and the team on site were polite, kind and respectful. Xeni, the project manager, was excellent throughout – communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which makes a big difference during this type of work. As with most construction projects, there were a few small hiccups along the way, but nothing serious. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally.
