"At Tales in the park on Saturday the 30th of September 2023. Appalling, pinned my mate down then proceeded to kick him in the face and hold down on his throat. When I then tried to calm things down saying there’s no need to hold his neck, another security guard then grabbed me by the neck (considering I have a heart condition) and shoulder and said I can leave too. Once they threw me out the entrance I then collapsed due to being spiked and from my mates view they all couldn’t have gave the slightest care, just stood there and done nothing. Thankfully I got an ambulance and managed to get me in hospital but I honestly feel if it wasn’t for my friend being there I wouldn’t be here writing this now. All down to the poor security. First ever time at this festival and will be the last too, due to the treatment and how the security acted."

"I was refused entry to one of the pubs you supply door staff to due to me pointing out the several people had joined the front of the queue while their backs were turned. After repeating the issue 3 times I was told due to how I spoke to the said dooerman I would be refused entry. I then ask for his name to be told he was Bob, I then asked his colleague with him his name too, to which I was told Bob again. I then asked to see their ID badge displayed on his arm to which I was refused due to data protection. I feel it is very bad practice to lie about their names , refuse to let me see the ID badge displayed publicly for all to see and for them to condone queue jumping and deny me entry due me pointing out the queue jumping to them."
