Renderers Manchester

"Jake kept me updated throughout the process. The workmen kept everything as clean as is possible when you are getting your house rendered! Very pleased with the result."

"Renderers Manchester are how you hope people doing work on on house will be. Communication was great, everyone was efficient, hardworking and polite. The windows and doors were protected and the house is transformed! Great job!"

"Lots of renderers didn't want to quote for our house as it wasn't the easiest job but it didn't faze Jake and the team. We were really impressed with the lads on site, they turned up early each day, worked really hard and took a lot of pride in their work. They kept the site tidy and were polite to our neighbours. Jake and Jo were really responsive when we had any questions and we were really happy with how the job was managed. Everything Jake said would be done was done, and any issues (where our house was more difficult to render than first thought when quoted) were dealt with quickly and professionally, with minimal input from us. Now the scaffolding is off our house looks fantastic, we're really pleased! I was told today that we've gone from one of the worst looking houses on the street to one of the best, and I have to say I agree! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Renderers Manchester Limited."

"We have just had our end of terrace house completely rerendered using a through coloured silicone render in the linen colour. We are very happy with the finish, the workmen did a great job.The three men who were put on the job arrived early in the morning & worked really hard all day & they took a lot of care in covering all the windows, doors, paving stones etc to protect them from the render. They cleaned up everyday before they left. We were informed everyday as to what was happening & if they were on site or not depending on weather. We would definitely recommend this firm to others."

"Insurend were great in re-rendering the back of my house. Despite mine and my partner's high standards, they were accommodating and ensured that we were happy before leaving site. The render itself was of high quality, but the sealant finishing needed attention. Once we raised it, we had a few different iterations of fixing it until we were happy. I'd say that as long as you raise the issue, generally Insurend are happy to fix it if it's render-related. One final thing to note is that it's not always clear which days they were going to be working on our property. As with all building work, there were quirks: Unfortunately the rendering process damaged one or two items, and the window isn't square, but generally they were happy to fix the larger items. Overall, great finish, and I am happy with the end look."
