"From the start ...Mark came and explained all about solar and what we may require to suit our needs...with his vast experience we soon knew what we wanted. The scaffolding went up ,the fitters came ....and what a fantastic job they did ...very clean and tidy and doing everything to assist to make it as neat as possible. The scaffolding then was taken down couple of days later ...also very friendly and top lads. With the first week we only imported from the grid once ....3 weeks later still the same so happy days. Thank you again to the renewagen team for doing a great job ....well recommended if your looking at solar panels 😁"

"From the first call made to the home visit I felt so reassured Everything was explained in great detail to us we really felt like part of the family not a number on the books Options were given in every step and we were kept up to date with the whole process Payment was easy nothing was over complicated and at no point were we left thinking oh god have we done the right thing We just knew we had Install day came 2 lovely electricians came to the door introduced themselves and were fully working at 8am Next two solar fitters arrived and equally so polite well mannered checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the options chosen They took great care of the property my plants and made sure my dogs didn’t get out I can’t thank them enough It was just a shame they had another job to go to afterwards could of kept them here all day a real credit to the company"

"Have been thinking about a solar & battery system for awhile. Also like to suport local companies. Contacted RenewAgen and Mark visited us and gave us advice on the various systems & costs. We decided to go with Sigenergy & 12 Solar Panels. The day of fitting i have to say the scaffolders solar panel fitters electrician all did a excellent & neat work. Would reccomend this company"

"Great service. Would happily recommend. Scott came to quote and do the site survey; took on board my thoughts and what I wanted. The panel installation team were nice guys, clean tidy work, polite and also happy to install the panels based on my knowledge of the property shading. David the sparky, was also great, again clean tidy work. Early generation is performing above expected. System: Sigenergy 24kwh battery, 5kw inverter, gateway, 12 x Aiko Neostar 3 460 panels."

"I was really disappointed by this company, but they have since tried to make amends, so I have edited my review. We had a system installed about a month ago with them. Prior to installation, we felt they were a good company. However, we do feel the company needs to significantly improve on their communication as it led to us feeling unsupported. Leading up to our installation, the date was never confirmed to us; it was discussed as a potential date over the phone, but we had to chase up confirmation of this date the day prior to installation. We were told we would have scaffolding, which never arrived (I'm not sure if we were charged for this, and it just wasn't provided or if we were never meant to have scaffolding). The day of the installation went well. We have a massive and quite costly system, including 20 panels. 7kw inverter and 10 kw batteries. We were disappointed that they left us with dirty looking panels, which suggests they take no pride in their work. Since writing the initial review, we have been informed by RenewAGen that attempting to clean them would actually have made them look worse. They spelt our surname incorrectly on the system, which now can not be changed, and we're left with this forever, this makes us feel like they do not take care or have any attention to detail. They left before ensuring our EV charger worked, which left us very stressed for a few hours, wondering if my husband would be able to get to work, the electrician did return a few hours later and resolved this. Up until the day after writing my initial one-star review, we were still waiting to receive any paperwork from them. The paperwork magically arrived and was sent to us the day after writing a one-star review. This paperwork was promised within a week of installation, and we are unable to export anything to the grid in this time, which means we're about £200 out of pocket. This is money which we were relying on to help us pay for the panels. Prior to purchase, we were not informed that there would be any delay on the paperwork, in fact within the company's information pack it states we should receive the majority of the paperwork within 7-10 days and the final piece within 28 days. We've emailed the company who say they are sorry, which, although it is good to hear, it doesn't fix the mistakes I feel were made. When purchasing solar, it should be made clear that you are unable to make any money from exporting energy until you receive the paperwork back, which can take several weeks. Also, although the support is there if needed, the company doesn’t sit down with you going through the app after installation. You are told which app to download, and you are provided with the login details, and then it is up to you to learn to use it. After writing the one-star review, we did receive a follow-up visit to try and restore faith in the company, which is very much appreciated. I think overall they are a good company, but they do have a lot to learn in terms of effective communication to ensure customers' expectations are managed, resulting in customers who are satisfied with the service provided."
