The lady on the phone was great, very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and understood the urgency! Peter came out the same day and fixed it. He explained everything, gave follow up advice and was also great with our dog and little granddaughter. Customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
