Customer Reviews
"Had someone take a look at the issue with my boiler, engineer was friendly enough didn't have an issue with him. However, I tried to get booked in twice and both times no shows for the appointments. And I had to chase the firm to find out where the engineer was, rather than them calling me to provide me with an update. So won't be using them. Again, didn't have a problem with the engineer but the guy answering the phones offered shoddy service"
"We recently contacted RFW as our boiler had not been serviced in a very long time. It was no surprise that it needed replacing and they quoted the same day. Within a week we have a new boiler for a good price. The engineer Mark was excellent, knowledable, efficient and a very tidy worker. Well done and thanks"
"As a business owner who needs all things plumbing to work constantly there is no better company to rely on that Richard and the team at RFW. Since 2019 I have had the fortune of the complete support RFW offer. You would be crazy to go any where else. From carrying out the plumbing of a £500,000 extension through to a leaking tap. Richard’s team have covered the lot. They deserve the best cause they are the best."
"Excellent service from RFW Ltd. Dave and his team arrived at 8.00am and set to work, out with the old boiler and in with the new one. They were extremely professional, courteous, polite and ensured all was clean. On completion everything was explained and the assurance given by RFW gave us peace of mind. I would not hesitate in recommending RFW for all your plumbing needs."
"Just recently my wife had asked if we could add The Hive Heating Hub to our home set up. Made a call to RFW Plumbing and Heating and they arranged for an engineer to come to our home and install one for us. They arrived on time, very polite and professional and were in and out within the hour. If you want something where you can turn your Heating on remotely on your way home I'd highly recommend it and the service provide by RFW was of the highest quality. The wife will be very happy. Thank you RFW, great all round."
