Ripples Norwich

"We are currently in the process of having an art deco style bathroom designed and fitted by Ripples. The designs that Amy submitted were incredible and the work starts Monday. Their team including an amazing building company have been so professional and I will update my review with photos when complete. Cannot recommend enough."

"Ripples has been an absolute pleasure from the start! The journey we have had during our appointments has been extremely informative, welcoming and supportive! Liam has been extremely transparent about every detail, making sure we are getting high-quality materials, and, not to mention, Liam is a very professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful person to have, making our bathroom the most luxurious spa experience! I have only given a 5-star review because there’s no option to give higher, and I absolutely would if I could! Thank you for giving us the chance to have you create something so beautiful and special that we will cherish forever!!"

"Ripples provides outstanding customer service as well as high quality bathroom products. I needed a completely new bathroom and went to several other bathroom suppliers, who were unable to provide me with what I wanted and whose customer service was very uninspiring. Someone recommended that I try Ripples and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable my choices were. Amy helped me with the design layout and really understood what I wanted. Liam made sure that I was perfectly happy with the goods and went out of his way to help my plumber with a couple of technical points. Fabulous service all round."

"We are over the moon with our bathroom! From start to finish we have had 5* service. Amy who designed our bathroom and gave us advice from the first visit, was amazing! She understood the idea in our heads and delivered! Nothing was too much, she gave us options and suggestions that we hadn’t thought of! We couldn’t have asked for a better designer! Liam owner of Ripples was very understanding when we almost changed the whole design - and kept smiling! Joe the installer and all his team were amazing! The finish on the bathroom is so high end, we have to pinch ourselves it’s ours! We cannot thank Ripples enough for making our dream , a reality!"

"Liam at Ripples was quick and responsive from our first appointment. He listened to our vision of how to update our bathroom and met our expectations, even taking extra measures to source tiles that had been discontinued. As non DIY people, he explained everything we needed and helped us through the process, always touching base to ensure we were happy. I would recommend Liam at Ripples and would happily use him again for future projects!"
