Roman Roofing & Building Ltd

"My roof required an emergency repair due to a tile detaching and falling off. John from Roman Roofing & Building Ltd called me less than an hour after I sent my enquiry and he confirmed his availability for the following morning. His team arrived early, reviewed the damage, provided a competitive price for the work up front and completed the repair hassle free. Couldn’t recommend Roman Roofing & Building Ltd more highly. Fantastic service all round, easy and hassle free. Thanks John and team"

"Had the team over to fix some guttering, replace waterproofing trim and install some bird mesh. Really competitive price, very friendly chaps and polite throughout. They even managed to fix some extra elements we wanted doing that day for minimal cost! Would recommend."

"Quote: timely, polite and the most thorough investigation of all the suppliers I talked to (went inside attic vs just looking at roof from the outside, to really understand where leak was happening and the extent of the damage). Gave me a variety of choices from very cost effective (but less likely to stand the test of time) to very thorough (but more costly but with a very long warranty). No one else gave me options and talked through what it'd mean to pick each. Work itself: completed in a day, 4 men so very speedily done. Good communication throughout the day. Aftercare: they offer a long warranty and I know I can call them back if any leaks I that area again, so feel confident in the quality of the work done!"

"Great guys, great work, good price! They managed to find time to fix a severe issue with my gutters just one day after calling. Came out to give me a quote same day. The work is class as well. Fully recommend"

"John, Stewart and Mark were prompt, very tidy and did all that I asked of them. They resolved a problem that I thought couldn't be fixed. I had the guttering re-directed to the front of the property, disconnecting the original downpipe and discharging the rainwater to the front porch downpipe. They also replaced the piece of damaged soffit board caused by an old boiler, fitted new tile trays, 2 baskets and the spreader. It was a difficult job, and Stewart did well to get it done at all. I will use them again, very pleased with the outcome."
