"Chris, Alan and team provided exceptional service from start to finish. We had issues with internal damp due to previous botched work done on chimney removal many years prior. They came promptly to provide a quote for the work, starting only a couple of days later. The roof repair ended up being much more complex and a larger job that it initially seemed on inspection. The guys worked an extra day and a half to get it finished, honouring the original quote despite the extra work and hours it entailed. They were kind and polite and talked me through every step of the work they were doing, providing photos of all the work to keep me in the loop. Really pleased with the job and how clean and tidy the boys were - clearing up all rubble and debris afterwards beyond expected!
