"We've had Pete do a central heating upgrade (lots of new pipe work and radiators) in our house renovation. His work is meticulous and he has gone above and beyond to get the work done on schedule even putting in a very long shift/late night to leave us with heating over a cold weekend. Pete is friendly and professional and I would happily recommend his services."

"I highly recommend Pete for his honesty, work ethic, and customer focus during our recent boiler breakdown. We phoned several companies, but many did not answer or return our calls. Pete answered immediately and informed us that he was fully booked for a few days, advising us to keep trying other options if we needed something immediately. Impressed by his honesty, we scheduled an appointment with Pete for later in the week. He arrived at exactly the time he gave and immediately diagnosed a faulty pump. Due to the boiler's age (18 years), he also advised that replacing the part could potentially strain other components. So, we asked him to a quote for a new boiler and found his price to be very reasonable compared to a previous quote from British Gas. Pete was also kind enough to adjust his schedule to fit us in the day before Christmas Eve. On the day, he arrived at 8:00am and apart from occasional cups of tea worked continuously through the day until 6:30pm to complete the installation. We can’t thank him enough for giving us some heat for Christmas."

"We had a very bad experience with this company. After visiting to do a boiler service, we were informed that our pipes were too small to power the boiler. Big shock was expressed by Pete, including "I should turn your boiler off right now". We said, in shock, that we didn't have money for big work right now but would do our research and asked Pete to follow up with us with costs. I then also sent an email that asked for costs for this work. We received a 'certificate' with big red letters saying 'danger do not use' and no follow-up with costs or advice on what to do. Absolutely terrible service considering this was so 'dangerous' and 'shocking'. In emails since Pete has said he is too busy to give quotes to people that don't want work, but as you can see from the screenshot I clearly asked for this. He worried us about the seriousness of our boiler system then disappeared. Do not use this company if you want basic care and professionalism. Other professionals I have spoken to since are shocked at this service we have received."
