"What a mixed bag of reviews - from Excellent to Awful. My experience is I've tried to contact them for quotes for two separate jobs now, the latest in Feb 2023, and never got any response. From the reviews it sounds like their work is very good if you can actually get hold of them, hence I tried them again. However, their lack of response to potential customers, and it seems like it isn't just me, does raise concerns. Maybe they're just so busy they can pick and chose when and what to respond to, and aren't too concerned with new customers?"

"I have had mark do various jobs for me , he’s 100% worth the wait , mark is on the tools even as the Boss it will 100% be harder to get in touch but overall he’s great very professional and his work is brilliant . I highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job doing properly"

"Gave quote over 3 weeks ago and said will do in a couple of weeks, when chased after 2 weeks said not got materials yet , reiterated price and said will order and let me know when going to do. No response received after another week and half, so chased again and then said made mistake on price will cost £120 more, reluctantly agreed but when asked to confirm will definitely do next week as stated, said I was being difficult ! Overall would not trust, is another example of a workman charging high prices then acting as though will be doing you a favour if will bother to do the work - wasted 4 weeks."
