"Robert is a very instinctive, knowledgeable and creative designer. He worked with us to develop an overall vision for a contemporary, naturalistic garden, creating 3D visuals to help us understand how this would look in reality and sourcing high-quality materials for a new patio, deck, pergolas and paths. Taking on a tricky project – a sloped garden with limited access – he and his team were incredibly hard-working and good humoured in all weathers. They were respectful of our neighbours, whose shared path they used and cleared each day, working carefully around some existing planting and causing minimal disruption. Robert was genuinely invested in giving us a great garden within our budget, and took enormous pride in his work, the standard of which is excellent. "We asked RPF Gardens to take on the job of a complete reworking of our front garden and improving our back yard (which was a mess of uneven, poorly laid concrete) to make it usable.We could not be happier with the process and the end result. Robert came up with a design that not only included what we wanted but also some aspects we didn't realise we needed. A lot of thought was put into creating a garden that worked for all the family, changing it from a garden for small children to one for adults and older children. The design included the installation of a garden office and shed. Robert gave us several options of suppliers for these and great advice to help us choose. Robert and his whole team are excellent. Very skilled at what they do whether it be laying our sandstone patio, building our new wooden planters, constructing our garden office, laying some proper drainage in our back yard or building our custom water feature. Every task was carried out with real attention to detail and nothing was rushed resulting in real quality throughout our garden. The choice of plants and flowers also showed the same attention to detail as the other areas. I've never been too interested in that aspect of a garden but I genuinely love what has been installed. The differet colours, textures and heights. It is all really pleasant to look at and I never knew I liked this sort of thing. All of this would have been enough but Robert and his entire team are polite and thoughtful and the site was always left tidy at the end of each day. On the first day they even offered to deliver our dismantled kids play fort to our friends who were interested in taking it. I hadn't even thought of asking this of them but it was incredibly helpful and just shows the levels the team operate at. We cannot recommend RPF Gardens enough. A real credit to their trade and a real pleasure to do business with."
