Customer Reviews
"Fab service from rushcliffe windows from initial contact, quotation through to fitting. They supplied and fitted a new front door and bathroom window for us. Would highly recommend. Thank you!"
"Keep away from this company they shouldn't be installing windows and door absolutely shocking! We have been left in this state for over a year, ive chased and chased they said will get sorted and resolve all the issues. Window supplier returned twice and still not resolved put trim all round the windows because the installers didn't seal, foam or screw them in correctly so just trying to hide the rubbish install that was done. Trying to black mail into removing bad feedback my partner has left. Can see day light from inside around windows. One window lock mechanism brocken asked to be replaced still not fixed, we have not been able to shut the window for a year with younge children. Front door doesn't close properly in the hot weather. They have also not sealed around windows correctly on the outside. And also compromised the brick wall near the front door its been knocked out of place and not been resolved denying it was them, even though the wall was fine before installation. Honestly this is the worst run company ive ever dealt with keep away from them. My partner is rachel Griffin the review beneath mine as you can see 6 months plus other 6 months before leaving a bad review still not resolved. The reply from them with all the excuses and promises shocking"
"I have invested a significant amount of money in windows and doors from your company and am quite disappointed that several issues remain unaddressed. Despite my repeated attempts to reach Rushcliffe Windows, I have not received a response to my calls or emails. The lack of communication and resolution is concerning, particularly given the substantial cost and the current condition of my windows. I am experiencing difficulties opening my windows and door and there are concerns regarding moving bricks where the windows and door were installed. I would appreciate a prompt and professional response to resolve these ongoing problems. The current situation is causing considerable inconvenience and does not align with the service I expected or paid for. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience. The quality is poor and the customer service is awful."
"1. They ordered the front door to open the wrong way. When raised, they said they would go halves on a new door and they would sell what they had ordered. I wasn't about to pay another £500 for their mistake, but they insisted we were to blame. How can a window fitter not understand how to order a door that opens on the side the customer wants? 2. The fitter wiped silicon on the back of the radiators instead of getting cloths. 3. They wanted full payment before the job was complete. They did this in 2023, and I refused to pay full balance until they finished the job. I did pay 90% as a gesture of goodwill. More fool me. We're still waiting for them to come back and finish. 4. They damaged the dining room flooring and nearly damaged the patio had my husband not offered osb board to put where they were chopping the wall out 5. The original plasterer who was supposed to touch up around the windows made a terrible job of it and didn't seem to care about his work at all. 6. Foam filler stained the window frames. They never came back to clean them. 7. The window sill coverings were cut wonky and scratched on install. 8. They swept debris from the wall they cut out into the white patio stones as if we wouldn't notice. All in all, they didn't do the job with care. I'm very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend or use again. Emailed several times asking them to complete the job. There was a delay on their part due to a death in the family, but I never heard from them again after that. The pictures speak for themselves. We don't owe £2000. Don't be ridiculous. Please go ahead and start proceedings to recover the remaining £700 (10%). I'm not sure you'd come off as well as you think you would when you've been given over a year to complete the job. Our last email to you was the 30th of March 2023 when we said we are sorry for your loss and to get back to us when you can. As reasonable people, we understand that everyone grieves differently. How you didn't get back to us in nearly 2 years is a bit ridiculous. Your response to this review is appalling."
"After nearly falling for a bit of a scam from one of the larger corporate companies, we shopped around and requested a quote from Rushcliffe windows. From the beginning we were impressed. The communication from the appointment for the quote, right up until the acknowledgement of completion was more than we could have asked. The quote was more thorough and SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than any other quotes we received. Often this is representative of the work, but the fitters were considerate of our property, our dogs and our availability. They went above and beyond and were so clean and approachable."
