"Service from start to finish with regular updates re: timing was excellent. Tom was highly professional, arrived on time, used blue overshoes across my new carpets, as requested, and was courteous and very helpful in establishing the source of the leak from the bath piping, not the macerator, and providing advice re solution. An expensive call-out fee of £171, in addition to my annual servicing fee, but at least the problem was checked out within 24 hours! Only sad that Tom's not my plumber :-)"

"We had our toilet serviced and the communication was great - we had a text the day before with a 2 hour window then another text 1 hour before the engineer arrived. He was polite and courteous and followed up with a report. We also used Saniflo Specialists last year when we had a blockage and they were able to come out promptly and fix the issue. So happy we found this company as when we contacted a few plumbers when we had a blockage they didn’t want to touch it so I would definitely recommend - great service, responsive and good value. "Service Standards have dropped off! I had been a happy customer of these guys for 5 plus years and had always found them decent to deal with. Things occasionally went wrong but they got sorted. Until this year. Before the annual service things with the unit and connected bits were fine. After - not so much! Used , soiled parts were left in the sink for me to dispose of , the toilet wasn't sealed correctly - no apology given! And now waste water is running from the toilet back into the shower tray - which isn't exactly nice. At the first service I was told it was just clean water in the pipes and then on the third one that water from the system could seep back into the shower tray. I appreciate that water goes to its level , but the issues at the first service, lack of apology and lack of clear communication about fees etc is a bit much to take. So if the reply comes back as 'well water meets its level' lets be clear this complaint isn't just about that. Despite never been told there was going to be a call out charge , I have been invoiced for the same person who came out to service the unit (and in my opinion cause the problem) originally to come back again. I have recommended these guys to a fair few people over the years and wont be doing so again. It's a real shame as they used to be great to deal with , friendly and professional and now I am left massively disappointed. On a plus side once booked in they do offer a decent tracking system which lets you know when they will be arriving."
