"I don't like leaving negative reviews but since Scott is my Rockdoor installer and my door have been split for 8 months now and left me calling multiple Gap sites and Rockdoor themselves. Having me running around calling everyone trying to get the door fixed. It's simply unacceptable, not only because of Scott's lack of interest in replacing my under warranty door but from Gap UK and Rock door who are taking no responsibility for replacing it as Scott is the installer he owns the warranty and the responsibility to organise a replacement. Word of the wise. Avoid Rockdoor they are crap. This is the second time my door has split it 4 years and the second time as a customer I'm left running around calling every one to try and get it replaced. Simply not good enough. The door will have to go in the bin and get replaced with something that can fight off the sun never mind an intruder."
