"If I could give Joe Dix (Seahorse Property Services) 10 stars I would. He has just renovated two wooden cornices on top of my large uPVC bay windows, one of which was in a particularly bad state with rotten wood. Joe painstakingly repaired and painted them and now they look as good (if not better) than new. His attention to detail and high standards of workmanship certainly left me a very happy customer. He turns up when he says, he keeps you fully informed, he works hard and at the end of it all, his charges are very fair and reasonable. Whats not to like? As his website and ad will tell you; he's not just a painter and decorator so I'll certainly be getting in touch again about any work I need doing that maybe within his impressive skill-set. Give Joe a go, you won't regret it."

"We brought Joe in to cover up where we removed two fireplaces, and repaint two rooms entirely. It was a big job for us but Joe made the whole experience a breeze - he was always communicative and considerate, and we appreciated his efficiency and professionalism. Plus the finished product has been a hit with our visitors! An excellent job and would highly recommend him to anyone."

"Excellent work for a very reasonable price – 100% recommend. Joe arrived promptly and completed some brickwork, plastering and tiling for us to a very high standard. He was friendly and professional, completed the work for a fair price, and was a nice person to have around the house while completing the work. Joe will be our first contact if we ever need work doing again in the future and we have also recommended him to friends."

"Jo altered our wall too widen or drive. Jo was meticulous and many people have commented on how good the wall looks. Jo came promptly to quote and charged a reasonable price for the work. We are having him back to decorate a room. I would definitely recommend Jo."
