Secker & Sons (Norwich) Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

"Secker & Sons were very easy to deal with. They provided a full quotation within a couple of days and soon arranged installation. I'm very pleased with the system so far and would be happy to recommend them."

"Like many customers reviews, the installation of our domestic units was pretty seamless 18mo ago. Unfortunately, since then, I have experienced some of the worst customer service. Although polite on the phone, they NEVER call you back as promised and do not have the courtesy to respond to emails. I would not recommend this company at all if you expect good E2E customer service - particularly post installation."

"Secker and Sons installed an air conditioning system in our lounge last week. What a fantastic job! The two engineers that fitted the system were friendly, helpful and did an excellent job. We could not fault the job or the price, and would have no hesitation in recommending Secker and Sons. Thank you…great job!👍😀"

"From doing survey, providing quote and subsequent communications all very friendly and professional. The quote was the best out of 3 obtained The 2 installers arrived on the agreed date dead on time . They worked hard in a very tidy respectful manner to complete the installation exactly as I wanted . Can thoroughly recommend this Company."

"A great local company to work with - from initial quotation through to install coordination and then 5 days on site installing a domestic multi-split system. Everybody involved was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The install team were exceptionally tidy, quiet and considerate."
