"Do not use this company. £60+vat for an initial call out to come look at our gate. It was a concrete issue. The man who called out was nice and said concrete jobs were their "bread & butter". We paid the callout fee and had to badger them for a quote to do the job. Call after call for 2 months. Eventually they refused the job, took our £60 and ran. An extremely rude owner on the phone and he said "go ahead and leave a bad review". I hope nobody else has to go through this experience and get robbed. I expect a response with a bundle of lies, similar to our entire experience with them (claimed the initial visit was a few weeks ago, it was over 2 months)"

"I needed new overground gate motors and intercom system. After checking other providers , I’m very glad that I went with Securequip. Stephen came out and fitted the whole new system and did a very professional and tidy job. Very impressed and would definitely recommend this company."

"booked an appointment for a quote for just after 4.00pm. Got a call at about 3.30 telling me the guy is running late and wont be able to make it until 5.00pm, i said thats no problem. at 5.45pm there was still no sign so i phoned up to find out where he was and got a different guy on the phone. there was no apology or any interest in finding out what time the quote guy would be calling round at. "we just work till when we work!" he says. I said "well i dont, i work to appointments and expect someone to turn up around the time they say" he says "ah well" so i told him to cancel it, there are plenty of other companies out there and this was definitely not the best way to start a business relationship. He didnt seem to care that was losing business or know how to treat a potential paying customer for a relatively expensive service."
