"I used this company to install a new front door that I purchased from their website. During the installation, the door was scratched. I immediately spoke to the installers when they were at my house and also called the owner of the company. They all promised that they would fix the issue, but after a few more phone calls, nothing was done. I am very disappointed with them, especially since I paid a lot of money for this door. They clearly do not care about their customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid them if you can and don’t waste your money!"

"AVOID!!!! Terrible customer service, poor quality workmanship!! They may have changed their company name but it’s still the same owner. We had windows and doors fitted by SWC which has since been liquidated so we are stuck with the rubbish they fitted. We are now having to pay for new doors and frames to be fitted by someone else as the frames weren’t fitted properly and are coming away from the wall. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"
