"Always been a great helpful place. Im worried the new measures will increase flytippig. My daily driver is a van so now I'm limited to 12 visits a year. Im not a tradesman, yet a small car can go as often as they like go figure"

"Absolute shambles. The staff appear to have been changed entirely and the current ones just stand around chatting whilst most of the skips are full to overflowing especially the garden waste. Traffic management is abysmal with cars turning right from the swing bridge and trying to jump the queue. Not a good experience."

"Went to the tip today and got there just as they were changing the skips. The worker said it would only be 5 minutes, but half an hour later I was still sat there. When the tip re-opened they also let cars skip the queue i.e those turning right, whi had clearly been waiting to push in. They're nice staff, but absolutely terrible at managing a large queue, if they'd been honest about how long id be sat there, I could have gone and done something else and then come back!! They also could have approached those waiting to push in, and asked them to join the queue. So disappointed in them."

"Kept nice and clean usually can park straight up or wait only a few mins,..staff friendly although could be a be more helpful as all skips have steps and can get very tiring up & down"
