Sevastian

"Couldn’t be happier with my bathroom refurb done by Sevastian. Ilya was great from start to finish — really helpful, clear about costs and timelines, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The bathroom has turned out exactly how I wanted and I’m so happy with it. He also helped with a couple of odd jobs around my flat while he was here, which was incredibly useful. Would definitely recommend!"

"Ilya and his team did an amazing job on our bathroom. They worked hard, were so friendly and polite, and when my children got noisy he very kindly talked to them about what was happening. There was an obstacle with one wall not been safe and he just got to work reinforcing it with it been a major issue. They were clean and tidy and so respectful. We were away for the first half and they made sure to lock up every night and keep the property safe. He a took some shelves out to put a dishwasher in, he was quick and efficient. They also fixed my decking again quickly and efficiently. They were an absolute pleasure and would definitely recommend to everyone."

"The team did a knock through with some major structural and foundational work. Hard working team we were very happy with the service provided and love our new home! Very reasonably priced"

"Sevastian Limited did an exceptional job on my large back to brick property refurbishment project. Ilya and his team handled a complex reconfiguration and renovation with professionalism and attention to detail. This involved helping with planning the layout, interior design, creating new bedrooms and en-suites, new kitchen, new electrics, new plumbing, new doors and windows, internal insulation of all external walls…basically everything. From our first meeting, Ilya's punctuality, thoughtful questions, helpful ideas and tailored quote made me confident in choosing him for the project and I am so glad I did. Throughout, he always answered my questions promptly, kept me updated, offered valuable advice, and ensured a smooth process—even impressing the building control inspector with the quality of work. His team were always polite, worked hard showed a passion for what they do. Whenever we came across an issue or challenge, Ilya always took a genuine interest to be helpful and found a solution quickly. Ilya's problem-solving skills and dedication to client satisfaction made the experience seamless. I highly recommend Sevastian Limited for anyone seeking a trustworthy company that cares about ensuring client satisfaction, communicates well and delivers high quality work. I have used him for a wide range of other work and recommended him to friends and family."

"Ilya and his team have redesigned one of our bedrooms into an office. The transformation is incredible and the room has become one of our favourites in the whole house. The work was done to an extremely high standard and they accommodated all of our new requests as the project was progressing. They've also been extremely fair when it came to both the initial quote and the final figure. We wholeheartedly recommend them and look forward to taking on new house projects with them in the future!"
