"I had a very disappointing experience with this company regarding a 50K window replacement project. After initial discussions, they promised to send a VIP/specialist to assess and write a report on the state of our old windows. We waited 3-4 weeks as instructed, but the person never showed up despite repeated promises. Multiple phone calls went unanswered (they could see my number but didn't pick up), and when I followed up, I was simply told to send emails instead. This complete lack of responsiveness wasted several weeks of my time on a significant project. Customer service fell far short of what you'd expect for a high-value job like this. I would caution others, they simply IGNORING customers."
