From start to finish, the professionalism of Jay, Tara (admin), and the entire team has been outstanding. During the initial visit, Jay used a drone to map my roof within minutes. We discussed several setups to maximise my return, and I soon received a highly detailed, 18-page quote covering three distinct options. After a bit more AI research, I selected the Sigenergy system, paid the deposit, and booked the installation. There was a slight, expected pause while awaiting G99 grid approval, which the team handled smoothly. On installation day, the team arrived promptly at 8:00 AM alongside the equipment delivery. They kept me fully informed throughout, even consulting me to find an alternative location for the battery and inverter when the original spot proved too tight. The crew worked incredibly hard, completing the full installation and commissioning by 6:00 PM. As someone with OCD, I was thrilled with how neat the finish was—most cabling is hidden underground or tucked discreetly alongside the drainpipe. After paying the final balance, I promptly received my commissioning pack, including the MCS certificate, wiring diagrams, and warranties. Once the final G99 sign-off lands, I can begin exporting electricity back to the grid. Best of all, I have paid zero pounds for electricity since the installation!
