Tom quickly provided us with a quotation which seemed a fair price for replastering a section of our staircase wall which had developed a crack and to cover an unattractive ceiling on the landing. Nick arrived less than a week later and was friendly and polite. He gave us advice on some additional work that would improve the ceiling further and was at minimal cost so we agreed. Unfortunately Nick injured himself in the afternoon - he valiantly carried on to ensure that his colleagues, who arrived a few minutes later, could finish the job and tidy up. Despite the circumstances the work was completed to a very high standard indeed and the staircase was left clean and tidy. "I needed my chimney replastering after the installation of a wood burner, Nick was absolutely brilliant, thank you so much. Sensible price, mess was kept to a minimum, there was a bodge job done on the side of the chimney to box in pipework which was made good and you cannot see the join anymore, the surface is nice and smooth with no issues and the wood burner and mantle were properly protected so no massive cleaning job for me to do afterwards. Cannot recommend these guys enough, it's so nice to get good, reliable service."
