"If I could I would give zero stars. I've been waiting for a cat flap doors fifth week now. And today I received an email that they will pay me a refund because I told them (after 3 weeks of waiting) that I will give them a negative review. I paid half the price upfront and they told me to wait 2 or maximum 3 weeks for installation. No updates, nothing after. I contacted them after 2 weeks they told me that they are busy and someone will come to do it in the next 2 weeks. Installation should take place on Friday, 8th of May. I waited all day but no one showed up. I contacted them several times on Friday and today, Monday, every time they told me to wait for email or call which I didn't receive. I am not sure if they even order the glass for me. Terrible service and company. I wasted a lot of time by choosing the wrong company. Hopefully, at least I receive my deposit back, because I don't trust them."

Real tidy job and so quick. Ashley is very polite and prompt. I wouldn't look anywhere else if the glass blows in any of the other windows."
