"I genuinely hate waste of time companies. Got in touch with them in good time, got a quote etc and then arranged a time for visit so they could properly quote. Firstly the guy forgot and was therefore 2 hrs late. Then he came had a look at my house and told me he’d get me a quote that day - only to disappear into thin air. Even a chase up text yielded no response. Waste of my time!"
