"Update Oct 2024 - As we were really pleased with the Office Conversion that Shaun had previously completed (see below review), we had no hesitation in getting him back to build an extension and convert the kitchen. As with the previous work, we couldn't be happier with the result. The work has been carried out to the highest standards and Shaun and his team took all of the stress out of the building process. I would highly recommend him and his team if you need any kind of building work carrying out. Shaun and his Team converted my garage to an office and laid a new patio (40 SqM). I would have no hesitation in recommending him (I already have to a couple of friends who have also been pleased with the work), as all aspects of his work were spot on. He is very reliable and always arrived on time. The work has been carried out to the highest standard and Shaun dealt with the Building Regs guys directly so that all went smoothly. All of his team are very friendly and always listened to my requirements. Shaun was also quick to rectify anything that I wasn't entirely happy with (there wasn't much). I will use him again whenever I need building work."

"Shaun and his team have impressed us with their great knowledge and excellent workmanship. Fair prices and great customer relations. We had a chimney that was dangerously loose and feathers that were holding on for dear life! In no time at all there was scaffolding erected and the guys were up the ladders to make it all safe and secure. Really competitively priced and even our HETAS registered chimney sweep made a point of telling us it was the best job he’d seen. Thanks again Shaun!!! "Shaun and the team have just completed a double-storey extension and we are thrilled with the results. Shaun took the time to listen to our needs, he provided a reasonable, competitive quote within a week and started the job on schedule. The job involved taking down the garage to build the extension. Shaun was able to save and reuse some of the bricks from the garage in the new extension, blending it with the existing house seamlessly; just one example of the care and attention to detail applied by the team.
