Lee arrived an hour ahead of schedule (having rung beforehand), diagnosed the problem (a failed valve motor) and fitted a relacement from his van, all within an hour. "Smartech go above and beyond. We had a freestanding stove & oven fitted and Ian even attached the feet for us! One thing which I will consider for next time is coordinating the installation with the building requirements as the stove pipe stuck out of the wall because we hadn’t created a channel for it, I think communicating this before installing would have been helpful from their side, but everything works perfectly and our builder managed to sort the wall channel out after installing so it’s all gone ok! Would recommend and will definitely call on again, if needed in the future! Also very reliable and arrived promptly on time."
