"I had a 'difficult to find' leak on my external supply pipe which was, unfortunately, at the very edge of my boundary. It was intially diagnosed as a faulty smart meter but when this was replaced by the supplier the leak persisted. On return, a more thorough investigation was carried out and the fault was resolved. Credit to Dave, the senior engineer, who hand-dug a trench on the hottest day of the year to find the connection and resolve it. Despite this having to be done on a return visit, I have no issue giving a five star review because the communication from Prez (first point of contact) was first-class and the follow-up admin work was speedy. Exactly the sort of person you want at the front end of your business."
