"Couldn't be happier with the service we got from Solent Renewables. Sonny came out to an initial consultation. We had a fairly good idea of what we wanted, Sonny proved to be a great sounding board. We chatted through many different options that would fit our requirements. Sonny had very well considered answers to our questions, we really felt like we ended up with the best solution for our needs and budget. The quote came back was competitive against the others. The work had to be scheduled in with a new extension roof, which seemed no trouble at all for Solent Renewables. The install was completed in two visits, solar panels and then battery and inverter. All done with no issues whatsoever. The system has been performing above and beyond since the installation. So far we have not used a single unit of electricity from the grid and have been exporting more than twice our solar production. Would thoroughly recommend."

"Sonny was exceptional in aspects of my solar installation. I already had a small (1.1kW) solar array on my roof, powering my house with a DIY battery-inverter setup. I had quotations from 3+ companies and they all gave up on me when it came to installation. The job was only checking the installation, putting the inverter and battery to the correct place and MSC+G99 certification. Sonny took over the project and finished it with excellence. All solar companies want to push certain products on to you, not that they are better but only due to their familiarity with the brand or their profit margin. Sonny took my project despite he wasn't familiar with my inverter brand (Victron 5kW) or my battery (Fogstar 15.5 kW). He did a very neat job. On top of everything, he was always on time and he had attention to detail. His quotation was better than others. Solar installs like mine would cost in excess of £10.000, maybe £15.000 if you buy it from an energy supplier like Octopus. With the help of Sonny, I was able to have it under £5000. Basically, he did a great job with diligence and within budget. It is hard to find a tradesman like him. I cannot recommend Solent Renewables and Sonny enough."
