Customer Reviews
"Adrian and Matt fitted two upstairs windows for us today. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. The windows look immaculate and were fitted with great care and attention to detail. There was no damage , cleaning or additional painting needed. Their tidying up met my own high standards. Thank you very much Adrian and Matt"
"Adrian has done an amazing job today, he and his colleague were efficient and cleaned up to a high standard. Really pleased and highly recommend South Coast Improvements"
"Shane was really professional. From start to finish he was extremely hard working. He was respectful, attention to detail was very good. He is a good representative for the firm 🙂"
"Had a bunch of windows and a new door installed a couple of weeks ago, and was really happy with the installation, apart from one of the glass panels broke in delivery. Whilst we had a bit of miscommunication about when it was going to fixed, when I spoke to Alex from the installation team he was super helpful and worked to rectify the issue. Had Shane around today and he was super speedy getting it fixed, and gave some advice on sorting the trim out once done decorating. Despite there being some communication issues along the journey, overall, really happy with the products and that South Coast Home Improvements have provided, have significantly reduced noise from outside and increased warmth. (Also shout out to Neil who was amazing at the start and the reason we went with this company over others)"
"My wife and I would like to thank you for the excellent job you have done for us. The Conservatory is absolutely great and it allows us to make more use of our raised patio and we are well pleased with it. Please convey our thanks to Paul and his chaps, Dean, Shane and Brian and we would like to thank especially Trevor for his help with design. Lastly, thank you for the speedy installation and quality of the work. We will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone. Thanks again Kind regards Nick & Rona"
