For my project it was necessary to take detailed measurements in the loft and Theo did this without complaint. A loft is not somewhere you want to spend much time but he took the necessary time. Having taken all the measurements he then went away and drew up a detailed scale plan. So if you are thinking about a complicated building project then I would recommend Theo without hesitation."
