We thought we’d get a second opinion before committing to this. We rang SPF who offered a cheaper survey and once he arrived, he was so pleasant & passionate about what he does. He found the leak within minutes of looking and explained it to us exactly where & how this may have happened. He was so honest, which is rare to find these days. He explained it was a relatively easy roof repair & a new roof was not needed. He was even able to do it same day! Particularly impressive was the full inspection report which included photo’s and videos clearly explaining and showing the recommended repairs to my torch on felt flat roof with skylight following a leak. It was clear to see that some of the maintenance would also prevent further leaks. After completion a further detailed report was issued showing the completed maintenance.
