"Rachel and Laura were brilliant last night when my neighbour’s house alarm malfunctioned. The house is empty and they had the keys, having been cleaning it that day. They spent all evening at the house as an alarm engineer struggled to fix the problem, which was not of their making. They then carefully locked up again so as to return the keys this morning to the letting agent. They went above and beyond."

"Extremely poor. I requested a fortnightly clean (3 hours) but two cleaners came and was a shorter time. That’s fine… if they cleaned? My house is in a decent place minus the shower room but with a new disability I opted to get a cleaner. First clean and they cleaned the shower but cannot see where the spent the rest of the time. I raised this, the disappointment, that the floors weren’t event brushed or mopped which could be my fault as I thought this was standard. Instead I’ve been told I’m wrong, my house is filthy and needs many sessions (aka lots of money) to rectify. I’d understand if I live in a cesspit but I have a very nice home!! The team weren’t happy with me raising these concerns and only sent me pictures of the shower (which was dirty and I said it was). If the house was that awful why not take pictures of other space? Anyhow, I do not recommend. If you do use them it may be worthwhile giving them a list of priorities but that was never communicated to me. Overall really inflammatory language and a poor clean. They could have rectified but instead slagged off my home."

"I have used Squeaky Clean for a one-off clean recently. 3 members of staff arrived armed with everything they needed and completed my whole house in approximately 1 HR 30/45 mins to an excellent standard - deeper than a surface clean. I will definitely use again 🙂"
