Steel City Gutters

"Scott and colleague from Steel City Gutters came to clean my gutters this morning. Turned up on time, did a great job and were friendly and professional. Gave me info on further work needed. Will be using them again and referring to my friends."

"I haven’t managed to book a service from them unfortunately in order to provide a rating for this. This rating is due to their extremely poor communication/customer service. I have called, messaged and emailed to simply book in with them and ask a question. No call response, no WhatsApp response nor a response to my email despite sending them what they asked for. It’s not even the same person I contacted if it was I could have put it down to a one off occasion but it was a lady via email who didn’t respond and a man on WhatsApp so I feel they are sadly a Very unprofessional company in terms of customer service. Do not recommend this company for that very reason."

"Fantastic service from Steel City Gutters. I've never had my guttering done before so thought, after 13 years, I'd better get it done finally. The price quoted was the price paid, thoroughly pleasant chaps & great service all round from Joel, Dave & Ollie. Highly recommended & many thanks."

"Brilliant service from initial phone enquiry to completion. Dave and Ollie arrived on time and explained everything they were going to do. They cleared the gutters, which had been holding water, and cleaned them, along with the facia boards. The gutters are white but hadn’t been attended to for years and were so dirty they looked black. I was amazed how clean they managed to get them and really pleased with the end result. They even cleaned a section of an upstairs bay window we can’t reach, which was a bonus! Dave advised on the condition of the gutters and explained what may need further attention in the future, and what to look out for/keep an eye on. I would highly recommend Steel City Gutters. They’re friendly, professional, respectful of your property and great value. Thank you Dave and Ollie 😊"

"Excellent service from first phone call to finishing the job. Very professional, friendly and courteous explained what they were doing and why. Very happy with the bill told me what needed doing and how much before they started. Gave advice and contacts for repair work they couldn’t do. Will always use Steel City Gutters for any future problems. No improvements needed just carry on doing what you’re doing you’re amazing. Thank you."
