"I recently had two air conditioning units installed and, as the property is my home, I was very particular about how I wanted the installation carried out. I was keen to avoid unnecessary trunking and had a very specific vision for the finished result, which meant I challenged and discussed virtually every possible installation option to achieve the look I wanted. "Excellent from start to finish! After 3+ summers sweating in my converted garage home office I finally took the plunge into researching Air Conditioning solutions. I reached out to a few companies and placed a ‘Bark’ request to which James responded promptly. We discussed my needs and he promptly sent a quote with 3 Unit options…. I had about 4 quotes in total and Sub-Zero was by far the most competitive! After a site visit I bit the bullet and committed to getting the work completed by Sub-Zero and I have Zero regrets! From first contact (4th May) the job was done and dusted, installation completed by lunchtime 21st May (just in time for the rain! Lol)… The installers, David and Tom, were great. Arrived early, talked me through everything and left the area cleaner than they found it!!.. and took all the rubbish with them too and didn’t leave it for me to squeeze in my wheelie bin over a course of 6 weeks after the job (yes I have had this happen with other tradesmen!🙄)…. The unit I had is great too, loving the Mobile App to operate it remotely and looking forward to the winter when I can warm the room from bed before starting my days work! Also excited to feel its full potential cooling the space when we hit peak summer, I hope it’s a hot one!!… I would 100% recommend… Local company too, one of my main priorities when researching was to find a local company and keep my money in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿"
