"Noticed a leak from the boiler at 1:40pm on a Saturday. Called WRB. On the phone they were pleasant and helpful, saying that the engineer would call as soon as possible. By 2:20pm the engineer was knocking on the door. Shoe covers on as soon as he walked in the house. As soon as he saw where the leak was coming from, the hot water side of the boiler, he explained that if he did not have the part needed, he could temporarily turn off the hot water and still allow the heating system to work. Thankfully when he checked his van, he found the part needed. After replacing the part, he checked that the boiler was working ok and saw there was a tiny leak on the other side of the boiler. Taking the boiler to pieces again this part was also replaced. All through the visit the engineer explained what was wrong and what he would do to rectify the problem. Cannot fault the service we received from WRB, the engineer was pleasant, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Within 2½ hours of finding the problem we had a working boiler with no leaks. So glad we moved to WRB great service and good value for money."
