"Last week, I woke up to a very cold home, it was a cold day. The central heating boiler was not working. My regular engineer was unable to attend anytime soon due to domestic or personal issues. He recommended Sussex Heating Peacehaven. I left a message and “Craig” called me as promised after sending me an acknowledging text. This is important as he clearly kept his promise. He arranged for one of his engineers (“Tony”) to visit me later that same day. He did, and within a few minutes when he was here, it became apparent as to the fault. He left to source a replacement valve and returned as promised to fit this … it was by then around 6pm. All is working well. "Sussex Heating installed an air source heat pump in our renovated house, with underfloor heating, 3 radiators and a large hot water tank. Craig also fitted two new bathrooms and the plumbing in our new kitchen. All work was completed on time, very tidy, and in accordance with the original quote. The entire installation works perfectly.
