T.M West Plumbing & Heating

"Absolutely brilliant from my initial call. I needed a new immersion heater and this was arranged within a few days, it would have been quicker but for my work pattern. Neil arrived on time and was pleasant and professional but also noted that I needed a new timer, as I was desperate for a hot bath he reconfigured the boost option on the timer so that this was possible and said he would inform the office that I needed a new timer ASAP. It was to be fitted either Monday or Tuesday the following week. This was a Friday and I had resigned myself to waiting. However, a few hours later he returned having located the timer I needed and fitted it there and then. What a superb service and if I could give a higher rating I would. Good customer service and I highly recommend using this firm. Thank you TM West"

"Richard was fantastic. Diagnosed and fixed the leak quickly. TM West communicated well throughout. Highly recommended."

"Paul did a fantastic job today. He did an excellent boiler service and reassured me the boiler was safe and was really pleasant to chat with whilst he worked. Thank you for your help!"

"We have recently started working with T.M and their service is outstanding from their communications to the quality of works! We have even had great feedback from the tenants who have stated how friendly and helpful the staff are. I could not recommend enough"

"I’ve been using TM West for nearly 20 years and they have always done a great job! Last Friday I found a leak at home - it was late Friday afternoon which is always a tricky time to call out for help! After speaking to the wonderfully efficient Claire in their office within the hour the lovely cheery Jamie was onsite and everything was fixed and sorted with a smile by 6pm! Absolutely brilliant customer service - I’m incredibly grateful for their entire team. Thankyou - cannot recommend them enough!"
