"Tugay came to diagnose an issue with our boiler advised us that our boiler hadn't been installed correctly by a different company when the house was built. He turned up when he advised he would and couldn't have been more helpful with us. He spent time explaining what the issue was and tried several different things to try and fix it. Unfortunately our boiler had to be replaced through no fault of Tugay's he was extremely quick in getting us a new boiler and fitting it and will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him! Brilliant service. I'd give a higher rating if I could"

"Worcester 8000+ combi installed by Tugay and the team for a great price, very efficient and tidy work, even patched up the render that was inevitably damaged from old flue removal. And will now have a 12 year warranty for piece of mind. Great job."
