"I was on a crusade to find a locksmith who could cut a rare Enfield key, for our workshop, after trying numerous Championship locksmiths I discovered Terrys in Brockley and after a short 20 min journey in the truck I arrived and was greeted by Paul & Terry who confirmed, after previously making a phone call, that they could cut the keys required with no issue. The difficult Enfield key was cut along with two smaller Yale type keys, of the 3 keys cut one of the Yale type keys was not fully operational. I am pleased to report that I called to report the issue and returned with my receipt and was not only re-cut a new key but also not charged which was very kind and made me feel that the inconvenience of the journey back from Croydon was appreciated and acknowledged by this small business owner.
